Belinda Carlislewas the lead vocalist of The Go-Go's, and went on to have a prolific career as a solo artist. With their chart-topping debut studio album Beauty and the Beat in 1981, the group helped popularize new wave music in the United States. The Go-Go's have sold over seven million records worldwide.Live Your Life Be Free is her fourth studio album, released in 1991 by MCA Records in the United States and Virgin Records in the UK.

The album, Cher (1987) was produced by Michael Bolton, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Desmond Child. Among the notable guest artists were Bonnie Tyler and Darlene Love. After a series of pop and disco records, Cher moved to a radio-friendly rock sound, which helped her get back onto the charts. The album includes a new version of her 1966 hit "Bang Bang", Michael Bolton's "I Found Someone", Desmond Child’s “Main Main” and “We All Sleep Alone” by Child, Richie Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi.

Discipline is the only solo album recorded by American songwriter and producer Desmond Child. Released on Elektra in 1991, it features his longer take on "Love on a Rooftop", a song he wrote for Ronnie Spector's album Unfinished Business in 1987, later included in Cher's studio album Heart of Stone. Child's version reached number 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Rouge from Desmond Child and Rouge joined Desmond for his version of the song.

Diana provided backing vocals on the 1983 debut album Rescue by longtime Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s Saxophonist, Clarence Clemons, also known as The Big Man. Together with The Red Bank Rockers, the album featured production work and contributions from Bruce Springsteen. Clemons released several solo albums. In 1985, he had a hit single with "You're a Friend of Mine", a duet with Jackson Browne. Clemons died in 2011 at the age of 69. In 2014, he was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band.

Trash is the 18th studio album released by Alice Cooper in 1989. The album features the single “Poison”, Cooper’s first top ten hit since his single “You And Me” in 1977. After Alice’s return to the music industry in 1986 with the successful “The Nightmare Returns” tour, Cooper sought assistance from Desmond Child to create a comeback album. Trash became one of Cooper’s biggest albums, accompanied by music videos for “Poison”, “Bed of Nails”, “House of Fire”, and “Only My Heart Talkin'”. A successful year-long worldwide concert tour in support of the album was documented in the home video release Alice Cooper Trashes The World.

One-Eyed Jack was recorded at Atlantic Studios in NYC, and produced by Jeffreys and David Spinozza. It was dedicated: "in Memory of my childhood idol, Jackie Robinson ... here comes the One-Eyed Jack, Sometimes white and sometimes black". Backing vocals by Diana Grasselli, David Lasley, Diva Gray, Phoebe Snow and Luther Vandross. 

David Lasley was an American recording artist, singer, musician and songwriter, best known as a touring background singer for James Taylor, as a session singer on recordings by artists including Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Luther Vandross, Chic and Aretha Franklin and as a songwriter for artists including Bonnie Raitt, Whitney Houston and Luther Vandross. I did quite a few sessions. with him and “In the liner notes to this 6th album, David gives thanks to well-known backup singers in the business… some of the world's best voices (who) toil in general obscurity while sweetening our favorite pop recordings.” - ALLMUSIC. Coco Lee, the late international singer, recorded the song "Perfect in Everyway", released in the mid-1990s. Written by Diana Grasselli, Alan Roy Scott, and Marsha Malamet, this collaboration was part of Lee's earlier, pop-oriented work. Lee was one of the best-selling artists in Asia and is widely regarded as a significant figure. She released eighteen studio albums, two live records, and five compilations.

Produced by Hal Willner and Paul M. Young, this album is considered a landmark "gateway" tribute, bringing a modern, often punk-adjacent sensibility to Weill’s 1920s-1940s German-American compositions. This track, “Alabama Song” produced by the late Ralph Schuckett, featuring Ellen Shipley, Richard Butler and Diana Grasselli on backing vocals.

Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose is the ninth studio album by Meat Loaf, and the final album in the Bat Out of Hell trilogy. Songs by Desmond Child and Jim Steinman and produced by Desmond Child, it is the only Bat album not involving Jim Steinman in its production. I provided layered voices on six tracks for this release.

No Picnic Being Cheese is the title of a 2010 children's music album by composer Gary Rue, featuring songs written for the Stepping Stone Theatre in Minneapolis, MN. The title track, "It's No Picnic Being Cheese", is specifically from the play The Stinky Cheese Man, based on the popular book by Jon Scieszka. I provided featured and backing vocals.

Chynna Phillips is an American singer and actress. She is a member of the pop vocal trio Wilson Phillips and is the daughter of the Mamas & the Papas band members John and Michelle Phillips and married to actor, William Baldwin. Chynna co-wrote 8 of the album's 11 songs, which featured productions from Rick Nowels, Glen Ballard and Desmond Child. I provided backing vocals on “Jewel in My Crown” and more.

Gilda Radner - Live From New York!‍ is a 1979 Broadway musical starring Gilda Radner, directed by Lorne Michaels and includes Paul Shaffer, Don Novello, G.E. Smith and Maria Vidal, Diana Grasselli and Myriam Valle from Desmond Child and Rouge  Radner and Michaels and all of the writers involved with the production were alumni from the television program Saturday Night Live.

Working with writers and producers such as Harold Faltermeyer, Desmond Child and Michael Bolton, Jennifer Rush’s Heart Over Mind‍ ‍albumwould go on to be one of the most successful of Rush’s career. Released in early 1987, the first single was the European hit “I Come Undone” written with and produced by Desmond Child. The second single, “Flames of Paradise” was a duet with Elton John.

When Desmond Child and Rouge was getting ready to tour the States in support of our first record, we heard of a talented guitarist playing in a bar in Connecticut. We went to hear him and asked him to join us for the tour and subsequently, the recording of our second record, Runners in the Night. Rouge was then invited to join the cast of Gilda Radner - Live From New York!, her “one-woman” show on Broadway, and we brought G.E. with us. Gilda and G.E. fell in love and married and G.E. went on to a wonderful career playing with some of the greatest bands in modern music history and serving as Musical Director for SNL for a decade. I was honored to have been asked to sing on this, his first solo record. I think of him and our early days when I rarely saw him in any setting without a guitar in his hand.

The Smithereens-Blow-Up followed their previous album, the relatively successful 11 , with what Allmusic's Jason Damas called "their most straightforward and mainstream-ready release yet." Produced, like its predecessor, by Ed Stasium, Blow Upfeatures songwriting collaborations with Diane Warren ("Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now", "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing") and Julian Lennon on two of the album's most accessible tracks.

Released in September 1978, Paul Stanley’s self-titled solo album—part of a unique four-album release by all Kiss members—was produced by Stanley and Jeff Glixman, often considered the most traditional "Kiss-style" record of the group. Recorded at Electric Lady and The Record Plant, it features Paul on vocals/guitar with Bob Kulick on lead guitar, and Rouge (Diana, Myriam and Maria from Desmond Child and Rouge) sang on Track 2, “Move On”. Bonnie Tyler is best known for her 1980’s hits, “Holding Out For a Hero” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart” Tyler asked Desmond Child to produce her seventh album, Hide Your Heart, which came out on 9 May 1988. The album featured collaborations with Desmond Child, Michael Bolton, Albert Hammond and Diane Warren. The album's singles, "Hide Your Heart", "Save Up All Your Tears" and "The Best" became major hits for other artists.

In the late 70’s and early 80’s, before Luther was a household name, he was the most in-demand background singer and bg vocal arranger in NYC. I had the good fortune to have sung on quite a few recording projects as part of a session-singing group with Luther, Diva Gray and the late, great David Lasley. I miss them all.

On its release, Billboard commented on Maria Vidal’s solo debut: "Strong-voiced dance-oriented thrush makes a potent album debut with upbeat material." They added that tracks such as "The Real Feel", "Do Me Right" and "House of Love" "harbinger well for radio and club acceptance". Jack Lloyd, writing for The Philadelphia Inquirer, felt that Vidal displays "an abundance of talent" on the album and added that she "demonstrates that she can handle a rocker as well as a ballad".

John Charles Waite is an English rock singer and musician. As a solo artist, he has released ten studio albums and is best known for the 1984 hit single "Missing You", which reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Rover's Return  was Waite’s fourth studio album and remained on the charts for twelve weeks. Two singles were released from the album, "These Times Are Hard for Lovers", co-written with Desmond Child, and "Don't Lose Any Sleep", written by Diane Warren. I contributed vocals to both.

I was blessed to have been asked to join the baddest group of R&B session singers on planet earth for this beautiful Dionne Warwick album produced by the late, great Luther Vandross, with whom I had the good fortune to have worked with on many projects together as a fellow session singers in NYC.
